Cheng Zhe was born in 1985 in Heilongjiang Province, China, and now lives and works as an artist in Qingdao, Shandong, China. He completed his art studies with a focus on oil painting at the Xu Beihong's Studios of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, graduating in 2004. His works have become very popular and are now on the international art market from galleries and private collectors alike very much in demand.
Cheng Zhe is greatly influenced by his surroundings. out of the darkness.”
